How to Become Accredited

Blackdot has developed the Alliance Partner Education Curriculum to provide partners with the knowledge and skills required to sell, deliver and debrief benchmarks to their clients.

The curriculum has 2 modules which focus on different parts of the benchmarking process:

  • Module 1 provides assistance in identifying potential clients and outlines tips on how to sell the benchmark to them
  • Module 2 outlines the process for delivering the benchmark to clients, including detailed descriptions of roles and responsibilites

Accreditation

To protect the integrity of the Blackdot Benchmark, a Blackdot expert must observe an Alliance Partner conduct a trial client debrief prior to becoming accredited to run a Blackdot Benchmark engagement. This Assessment will ensure that the Alliance Partner has fully understood the content of the 2 education modules, and is able to:

  • Describe the Blackdot Benchmark dimensions and methodology
  • Draw relevant insights about client sales effectiveness
  • Recommend appropriate actions as a result of the insights generated through the Blackdot Benchmark process
