Sydney - Marty Nicholas

Level 11, 61 York St Marty’s expertise is in driving large scale transformation projects to improve the effectiveness, productivity and engagement of sales leaders and frontline staff. Marty established Blackdot in 2001 following an eight year history in management consulting. He has been instrumental in building Blackdot’s blue chip client base, working with local and multi-national corporations across a number of sectors including Investment Banking, Financial Services, Media, Professional Services, Transport & Logistics and IT. Marty has an Honours degree in Science (Psychology) from the University of New South Wales. Between 1988 and 1991, Marty coxed the Australian Men’s Under 18 and Under 23 Rowing Eight.
