Consultant (hiring Analyst to Senior Manager level), Sydney

About the Role:

Due to continued growth and greater demand for delivery capability we are expanding and looking for Analysts, Consultants, well-established Managers and Senior Managers to join the team. Working at Blackdot provides an exciting opportunity for an energetic, ambitious self-starters experienced in management consulting, internal strategy or strategic marketing. Our consultants work for Blackdot's top tier clients across the analysis, design and implementation stages of a variety of consulting and capability engagements.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have experience in, or an affinity for Sales, Marketing and Service transformation. Most important for success in this role is someone with a flexible, creative and can-do approach to work and who can work effectively in a small team and fast paced environment. This is a perfect role for you if you are looking to take the next step in a more innovative, collaborative and supportive environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Design and delivery of projects in one or more of these areas: Strategy Development, Sales Operating Models, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Experience Transformation, Channel and Profitability Optimization, Customer Segmentation, Marketing Transformation and/or Service Management Optimization
  • Business and commercial acumen
  • Structured thinking processes, advanced analytical / problem solving and research skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management and Planning
  • Advanced written and communication skills
  • Workshop facilitation and presentation skills
