About the role:

Due to continued success and growth we have created an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, driven and high achieving individual to join the business in a senior leadership role. This is a highly impactful and visible role which will see you develop relationships with our prestigious client base and contribute to the build out of our consulting capability in Australia and globally. Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of consulting engagements
  • Take ownership for managing the relationships with key clients
  • Lead business development activity collaborating with other senior members of the firm
  • Drive thought leadership and continually innovate Blackdot solutions
  • Lead the creation of compelling content based on market leading insight
  • Work with the Executive Director, Client Solutions, to manage all aspects of the Blackdot Delivery practice including strategy, commercials, resourcing and practice management
  • Be an inspirational leader of leaders within the delivery team and more broadly in the firm

Skills and Experience:
  • Degree qualified, ideally with postgraduate qualifications, such as an MBA
  • 10+ years’ management consulting experience in customer facing functions eg growth strategy, customer strategy, marketing, sales and service
  • A track record of successful senior leadership within a consulting firm or internal consulting team
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Track record in establishing and managing relationships with clients
  • Ability to lead and contribute to business development
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to understand sophisticated data based analysis
  • Ability to think quickly solve client problems from first principles based on limited information
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience
  • Experience building high performing teams and leading people on a personal development journey
  • Experience in a sales, marketing or service role will be highly regarded
