About The Role:

The Analyst role at Blackdot Consulting provides an exciting opportunity for an energetic, high achieving and ambitious self-starter looking to launch their career in an innovative, collaborative and supportive environment. This role focuses on the diagnostic and strategic stages of marketing, sales and service transformation projects for Tier 1 clients across Financial Services, Health Sciences, Media and more.

About you:

We are looking for a graduate with 1-2 years’ work experience with exceptional academic results, advanced analytical and problem solving skill and good oral and written communication skills.
Most important for success in this role is someone with a flexible, creative and can do approach to work, and an understanding of the broader marketing, sales and service environment at the enterprise level. You must be well organised and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis on all aspects of sales and marketing transformation
  • Developing client-ready business documents
  • Assisting with the development of intellectual property
  • Liaising with clients and the team to plan and manage projects
  • Contributing to firm building initiatives to create a best in class consulting practice

Skills and Experience:
 
  • A degree (or working towards completing a degree this year) in a Commerce, Economics or Engineering (or a related discipline)
  • Consistent strong academic results
  • Experience in management consulting, internal strategy, marketing/sales or distribution support will be highly regarded
  • Sound business and commercial acumen
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills and an ability to understand sophisticated data-based analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and commitments
