Blackdot Appoints New Director to Enhance Capability Offering

Blackdot is excited to announce the appointment of David Wilson-Dowse as Capability Director.

The appointment will serve as the driving force behind Blackdot’s new vision for its capability offering, which will focus on delivering experiential capability programs that engage the hearts and minds of participants to drive meaningful change.
 
With a passion for creating real and lasting change through exceptional capability interventions, David will build on Blackdot’s impressive capability legacy. Over the last 16 years, the company has trained over 45,000 people at a variety of leading enterprise-level organisations, offering a range of capability solutions including its flagship ‘Sales Management Disciplines’ and ‘Frontline Selling Behaviours’ programs.
 
As Capability Director, David will lead a growing capability team that has welcomed a number of new additions over the past few months. With over 25 years’ business and sales experience, he has spent the last eight leading leadership and team capability programs in multiple sectors, helping to develop and deliver adult learning programs that draw on the latest leading neuro-science and psychology research.
