Blackdot Takes its Demand Generation Engine to the Next Level

As part of the company’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of best practice, Blackdot has considerably increased investment in the people and technology elements required to build a cutting-edge marketing demand generation engine.

In addition to launching a new website optimised for content marketing and lead generation, Blackdot’s marketing team has significantly stepped up the utilisation of Pardot – Salesforce.com’s cloud solution – in conjunction with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Engage and the Kentico CMS platform. With the integration of this new technology, the team continues to evolve and fine-tune a highly efficient and effective marketing engine, as well as drive attribution of results and demonstrate close marketing and sales integration.

In addition to this, Blackdot has also dramatically increased its content production – part of an effort to grow its thought leadership community of business, marketing and sales leaders. A sizeable volume of blog posts, whitepapers and videos are in the works and a new agenda of quarterly insight sessions will continue to deliver a stream of cutting-edge thinking around marketing and sales transformation, as well as networking opportunities for attendees.

Over the past few months, the company has also welcomed two new additions to its marketing team. Working out of Blackdot’s Sydney office, the new hires include Emily Goldenstein as Digital Marketing Specialist and Haidi Noor as Graphic Design and Visual Specialist.

Hired direct from San Francisco, Emily will spearhead Blackdot’s digital lead generation efforts. With over nine years’ experience, she brings deep digital marketing expertise spanning social media strategy, customer relationship management, email direct marketing, search engine optimisation, Salesforce and marketing automation. Most recently, Emily served as Marketing Manager and Salesforce Administrator at WrapManager, a financial services firm based in San Francisco. She holds a bachelor of Business Administration from University of Colorado Boulder.

With over 7 years’ experience as a graphic designer, Haidi will lead creative and visual design across Blackdot’s marketing and client-side efforts. An Adobe Creative Suite guru, his visual design expertise spans graphic, web and user interface design. Haidi previously served as Digital Designer at Fairfax Media and most recently as Graphic and Web Designer at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He holds a bachelor of Design in Visual Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney.
