Blackdot launches online portal designed to help leaders navigate
challenging times

COVID-19 caught many organisations by surprise, disrupting their customer experience and highlighting a combination of demand, supply and operational challenges.

Recognising that each business has and will continue to experience the impact of the pandemic differently, Blackdot have introduced a series of initiatives to help leaders through this time, including the launch of our COVID-19 Content Hub.

Hosting a range of blogs, infographics and webinars, the hub provides leaders with one convenient location to gain actionable insights for each of the three phases of activity they must go through – respond, reconfigure and rebound.

We have also been conducting a series of virtual interviews with leaders from the likes of Vanguard, Janssen, NAB and Colonial First State, to share practitioner perspectives on the changes that are here to stay.
